Planner Photos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you take a photo of your planner in Weekfolio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The image is stored in\u00a0your personal iCloud Drive<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • It is accessible only to you and your iCloud account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Weekfolio does not upload planner photos to its own servers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Recognized Text & Metadata<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Weekfolio analyzes your planner photos on-device to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • recognize text (OCR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • organize weeks by date<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • enable search<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • detect possible calendar events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      This metadata is stored locally and synced securely using Apple\u2019s iCloud services<\/strong> so it can be available across your devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Smart Insights (Apple Intelligence)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      On supported devices, Weekfolio may offer optional Smart Insights<\/strong> powered by Apple Intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • All analysis is performed\u00a0on your device<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • No planner content is sent to external AI services<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • No data is used to train models<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Smart Insights are optional and can be disabled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        If your device does not support Apple Intelligence, this feature is simply unavailable. The app continues to work normally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        What We Do\u00a0Not Collect<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Weekfolio does not<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • require a user account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • collect names, email addresses, or identifiers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • track your usage across apps or websites<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • send planner content to third-party servers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • sell or share your data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • use your data for advertising or profiling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          iCloud Sync<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Weekfolio uses Apple\u2019s iCloud services to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • store planner images in your iCloud Drive<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • sync metadata (such as dates and indexes) securely across your devices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            All iCloud data handling follows Apple\u2019s privacy and security standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            You can manage or disable iCloud access at any time in your device settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Calendar Access<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            If you choose to add detected events to your calendar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Weekfolio will ask for permission before accessing your calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Events are only added after your review and confirmation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Weekfolio does not read or modify existing calendar events without your consent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              Data Control & Deletion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              You remain in full control of your data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • You can delete planner photos and weeks at any time<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Deleting a week removes its associated data from the app and iCloud<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • You can disable iCloud sync via system settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Uninstalling the app stops all processing immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
